  • The workload: chat, extraction, code, or batch — and roughly how many requests per day.
  • The constraint that made you look: residency, cost, latency, or a supplier that cannot sign your DPA.
  • The deadline, if there is one. It changes what we propose.

How fast do you reply?

Within one business day, usually the same day. If it is a production incident on a paid plan, the contract's SLA applies instead of this page.

Can we sign an NDA before the first call?

Yes. Send yours, or ask for ours. We can review a mutual NDA before any technical detail is exchanged.

Do you offer a trial?

The catalog is pay-as-you-go from the first token, so a trial is just a small invoice. Dedicated capacity and the gateway get a scoped pilot instead.

Are you a reseller of another cloud?

No. We operate the inference capacity and the routing layer. Model weights come from their publishers under their licences; the service, billing, and support are ours.
